Workshop.
Four weeks.
Your sauna is built in our Tampere workshop, in a batch of twelve. We dry-fit every joint, label every panel, and photograph the assembly so you can see the sauna that's coming to you.

The sauna is disassembled, every component wrapped in kraft paper, and packed into a single crate sized to fit through a 36" residential gate. Every panel gets a number that matches the manual.

First
steam.
Heat the stones for 90 minutes the first time, with the door cracked, to cure the timber. After that, 30 minutes is all it takes. Then throw the first ladleful of water.

Things people ask.
Do I need a permit?
In most US jurisdictions a freestanding sauna under 200 sq ft does not require a building permit, but the electrical hookup for the heater always does. We'll walk through your local rules on the call.
What kind of foundation do I need?
A level surface that drains. A 4" gravel pad works for most yards. Concrete pavers are fine. A wooden deck only if it's rated for 1,200 lbs in a 7×7 ft footprint.
Can I install it myself?
Yes — assembly is designed for two people over a weekend. The 240V heater wiring, however, must be done by a licensed electrician. We can recommend one in your area.
How much does it cost to run?
A compact sauna at full heat draws about 6 kW. At average US electricity rates, that's roughly a dollar per session — and the Harvia heaters we fit are among the most efficient electric heaters made.
What's the warranty?
Full US warranty terms are being finalized ahead of launch — ask us on the call. We're a small company and we stand behind our work.
Can I customize the design?
We offer wood-burning heaters, additional bench tiers, and a few glass tint options. We don't do bespoke shapes — keeping the lineup small is how we keep the standard high.
